Wendy Rogers is an independent mortgage broker, top 3% of the largest brokerage in the country. She takes pride in her client-focused service levels, and extensive knowledge of various mortgage programs. Her favorite thing about her career is the people she gets to meet, and friends she has made along the way! She and her husband Blake, spend half the year in Minnesota, and half the year in Florida with their 120lb Bernese Mountain Dog, Teddy.
Blake Rogers
Blake is a Senior Mortgage Processor, and Loan Partner, with 20 years of industry experience. He works closely with the underwriters and title companies to ensure a smooth, and timely process for the clients. Blake is the go-to expert that so many loan officers seek out for questions on obscure guidelines and lender specifications. He is truly the backbone of Wendy The Broker! His favorite thing about the loan process is how excited the clients are when they get those 3 beautiful words: "Clear to Close!" In his spare time, Blake loves to play volleyball in a community league, and spend time with friends and family.
Nolan Shaw
Nolan is so many things to the Wendy The Broker team. He assists the team with processing applications and following up with clients. He makes every part of the process more efficient and speedy by using his unique problem-solving talents and his tech-savvy skills. Nolan's favorite part of the loan process is knowing that all of the various tasks he does makes the client experience even better. When Nolan is not being the master-of-all trades, you will find him lifting weights with friends at the gym.
